New Beginnings

One of the beauties of life is that every day is a new beginning. We can constantly recreate ourself. Just as all of life is constantly growing and changing, as human beings we also are meant to grow and change. Like the old Bob Dylan song, "... he who is not busy being born, is busy dying...", it is important for us to be open to growth and change.

Spring time is the time of new growth. Like the plants in spring, growing toward the light, we also have within us this energy of growth - to move towards our goals, toward the light of our dreams and inspirations. It is never too late for us to make positive change. If we are still alive, then we have the potential to grow.

Just as plants sometimes need to have the old debris cleaned away, allowing them more space for growth, we may also need to clear away and release old debris - old patterns- that keep us stuck in limitation. There are many ways to do this, and the beauty of therapeutic grade essential oils is that it can be a tool that uplifts our spirits, supports our immune system, and brings clarity to our thoughts and emotions, in such a simple and beautiful way.
